Work as Strategy Coordinator Advisor
We are looking for a Russian-speaking high level advisor to work closely with and support the European Partnership for the Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh (EPNK). EPNK is a consortium of five international organisations, including International Alert (the lead agency), Conciliation Resources, Crisis Management Initiative, The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, and LINKS. The post holder will lead on the coordination of the strategic thinking that underpins the EPNK project, identify areas and opportunities for synergy and cooperation between the EPNK member organisations and implement certain EPNK-wide events.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build consensus amongst people with strong and sometimes diverse opinions. To do this, you will draw on your considerable understanding and experience of peacebuilding, your interpersonal skills and on your talent for persuasive argument.
