Engendering the Peace Process (2000)
– A Gender Approach to Dayton – and Beyond
The report looks into women’s participation in the peace process and the peace negotiations that led to the Dayton Agreement in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has studied how the agreement and its implementation complies with the Beijing Declaration and concludes that the Dayton Agreement is gender-neutral and measures have not been taken to involve women in the peace process or to consider the situation of women.
