Two women are reading the Fund Sukhumi news letter. Fund Sukhumi is one of Kvinna till Kvinna's parnerorganisations

The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation opened a field office in the Georgian capital Tbilisi in June 2002. We cooperate with eight organisations in Georgia and six respectively one in the two breakaway republics Abkhazia and South Osseti. The work is coordinated by two coordinators stationed in the Georgian capital Tbilisi.

Two of the partner organisations work especially with women subjected to violence, psychosocial support and councelling and preventive healthcare. Several work to support women who want to start their own companies and help them to create networks. Some focus their work on providing internally displaced people. The organisation i South Osseti, work on issues surrounding men's violence against women and how the subject can be
portrayed in the media.
